PCDA was formed in the year 1973 by the active involvement of late Shri Nath Seth Shingre.  He was the Founder President. It was his idea and hard work, at the initial stages, for forming such a vibrant association.  In fact, we are lucky to reap the fruits of the seed sown by him.  Initially, it was started at Sadashiv Peth.  It was this time when cement was also under the control of Government.  It was known as Levy Cement ..............
